From our UK manufacturing facility to your chosen location, we make the delivery and installation of your pod as straightforward as possible.
Our dedicated logistics and installation teams will work with you throughout the process, helping to coordinate delivery, assess access requirements and ensure your site is ready for installation.
Whether you’re installing a pod in a garden, commercial premises, workplace or more challenging location such as a roof terrace, we’ll discuss your requirements with you in advance.
Our range of indoor and outdoor pods can be customised to suit your space, requirements and style. If you can’t find the answer to your question below, our team will be happy to help.
From order to installation
- Your order enters production
Once we receive your official purchase order (PO) and deposit payment, your pod will be scheduled for production.
Orders typically take 6–8 weeks to enter production, depending on the product, specification and current production schedule.
Our team will keep you informed as your order progresses and will coordinate the next steps with you.
- Delivery is arranged
Once your pod is ready, our logistics coordinator will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery and installation date.
We’ll discuss the practical details with you beforehand, including:
- Delivery access and vehicle requirements
- Site access and any restrictions
- Installation requirements
- Foundations or ground preparation
- The location of the pod
- Any site-specific considerations
Planning these details in advance helps us ensure that everything is ready for a smooth installation.
Delivery across the UK and worldwide
We deliver our pods throughout the UK and worldwide.
For UK customers, delivery and installation costs are based on your order size and location, with costs varying according to the number of products being installed. A detailed delivery and installation cost will be included in your initial quotation from a member of our sales team.
For EU and international deliveries, costs vary depending on the destination, shipping requirements and installation arrangements. We can provide quotations with or without installation, depending on your requirements.
If you’re based outside the UK, our team can discuss the available delivery options and provide a tailored quotation for your project.
Delivery Access & Unloading
Before your delivery is arranged, our logistics coordinator will discuss access to the front of your building and the proposed installation location with you.
It is important that there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle and that the delivery point is accessible and safe for unloading. We’ll discuss any potential restrictions with you in advance, including narrow entrances, gates, restricted roads, slopes, steps, overhead obstructions or other site-specific considerations.
Professional installation
Where installation is required, your pod will normally be installed by our dedicated in-house installation team.
Our experienced team will manage the installation process and ensure your pod is correctly positioned and assembled according to its specification.
On occasions, we may also work with trusted third-party installation partners to support installations where required.
How long does installation take?
Installation times vary depending on the size, configuration and location of your pod, as well as the foundations and any additional requirements.
As a guide, a 4-person Outdoor Pod typically takes around 2–4 hours to install. More complex installations may take longer, particularly when access is restricted or additional site preparation is required.
Your installation requirements will be discussed with you before delivery so that we can plan accordingly.
Access for self-installation
If you have chosen to install your product yourself, you will need to make sure that suitable equipment and arrangements are in place to unload the order from the delivery vehicle.
Depending on the product and delivery, this may require access to a pallet truck, forklift or other suitable unloading equipment.
The delivery vehicle will require suitable access to the agreed unloading point, and the customer is responsible for ensuring that the necessary equipment, personnel and site conditions are available to safely unload the delivery.
If you’re unsure what will be required for your particular product or site, please speak to our team before arranging delivery. We can discuss the delivery requirements with you and help ensure everything is in place before your order arrives.
Preparing your site
Having suitable access and a prepared installation area is an important part of the delivery process.
Before your delivery, our team will discuss your site with you and identify any considerations that could affect the installation. This may include:
- Access through gates, driveways or entrances
- Narrow or restricted access
- Slopes or changes in level
- Foundations or ground conditions
- Delivery vehicle access
- Overhead restrictions
- The intended position of your pod
- Any additional equipment or access requirements
Every site is different, so we’ll work with you to understand your specific requirements before installation.
Installing on roof terraces and challenging locations
Some projects require additional planning, particularly when installing a pod on a roof terrace, elevated area or other restricted-access location.
These installations may require additional consideration around access, lifting, foundations, weight restrictions and the positioning of the pod.
If you’re considering a roof terrace installation, please speak to our team at the earliest opportunity. We’ll discuss the proposed location and any site-specific requirements as part of the planning process.
You can also find further information and answers to common questions on our FAQs page. Or if you’d like to learn more about how we install our pods onto urban roof terraces, read our roof terraces case study.
Prefer to install it yourself?
For customers who would prefer to manage their own installation, installation guides are available for each of our products.
If you’re considering self-installation, our team can provide the relevant guidance to help you understand what’s involved.
Please discuss your requirements with us before ordering so that we can ensure you have the appropriate information for your chosen product.
