At The Meeting Pod Company, we’re all about creating spaces that elevate the way people work—combining comfort, functionality, and standout design. So when we were approached to collaborate on Tokio Marine HCC International’s new London office, we were excited to help bring a bold vision to life.
The design team over at Mobius At Work envisioned custom meeting pods, drawing inspiration from the company’s regional offices.
Based on Houston’s iconic role in space exploration. One area was inspired by the form and feel of streamlined rockets. Working closely together, we transformed that concept into reality—delivering two bespoke pods that anchor a relaxed, celestial-themed zone beneath a starry sky installation.
The other took inspiration from Barcelona’s Voronoi diagram which has connections to the cities history, particularly in its urban planning and architectural designs resembling complex mosaic patterns. This turned our 6 person Escape Pod into a modern day masterpiece.
These acoustically secure pods offer the ideal balance of privacy and collaboration. Whether it’s a focused one-on-one or a team huddle, they’re built to support seamless, high-performance meetings.
