About The Meeting Pod Company
The Meeting Pod Company is a family-run, design-led manufacturer of indoor and outdoor meeting pods, and flexible workspace solutions. Founded in 2016 by Mike Dalloz and his son-in-law Tom Dunford, the company began with a simple idea: create a meeting space that was practical, beautifully designed and different from anything else available.
When Mike was looking for a meeting space solution that would work within a modern office environment, he couldn’t find anything that combined functionality with the visual impact he wanted. Tom, our lead designer, set about creating one.
The result was our first meeting pod, featuring the distinctive curved design that remains a signature element of our products today.
From those beginnings, we’ve grown into a UK manufacturer supplying meeting pods, office pods and outdoor pods to organisations across the UK and around the world. Our production facility is based on the Isle of Wight, where our products are designed, manufactured and finished by our own team.

Our in-house design team creates meeting pods and outdoor pods that combine distinctive aesthetics with practical functionality. Every product is designed to provide a dedicated environment for working, meeting, collaborating or taking time away from the main workspace.
Our Fluid, Authentic and Edge collections each have their own distinctive character, giving customers different approaches to workplace and outdoor pod design.
For projects that require something completely different, our bespoke design service allows us to develop products around specific spaces, branding, applications and requirements.
Exceptional Quality & In-House Manufacturing
From the materials we use to the final installation, we take pride in every pod we manufacture.
Our Isle of Wight production facility brings together specialist teams across composites, manufacturing, finishing, spraying, fit-out, upholstery, engineering and electronics.
This integrated approach gives us control over the manufacturing process and allows our teams to work together to maintain consistent standards across every product.
Our installation engineers are also part of our in-house team, meaning your pod can be installed by people who understand how it was designed and manufactured — rather than relying solely on a third-party contractor.
Sustainability & Responsible Manufacturing
We believe good design should consider the entire life of a product.
We continously look for ways to reduce the environmental impact of our products, from material selection and manufacturing through to transportation and the way our pods are used over time.
Our Outdoor Pods are manufactured using recycled weatherproof composite materials, while our modular approach allows pods to be moved, adapted and reconfigured as requirements change.
We’re also working towards ensuring that at least 90% of our pod materials are recyclable by the end of 2027.
By designing products that can adapt to changing requirements, we aim to create flexible spaces that have a useful life beyond a single location or application.

Our pods are designed and manufactured at our production facility on the Isle of Wight.
Keeping design and manufacturing close to home allows us to maintain control over quality, develop new products and provide bespoke solutions for our customers.
