About Us
The Meeting Pod Co was started by Mike Dalloz (Managing Director) and his son-in-law Tom Dunford (Head of Design). When Mike was unable to find any suitable meeting space furniture which was both practical and provided a WOW factor for an office environment, Tom created the company’s first meeting pod with its unique curved design. Today this is still the ‘signature’ style for our meeting and outdoor pods.
From our humble beginnings in 2016, The Meeting Pod Co continues its exponential growth, now supplying our indoor and outdoor pods across the world from our UK production facility on the Isle of Wight

Our production facility is broken down in to 8 categories (composites, manufacturing, finishing, spraying, fit out, upholstery, engineering & electronics). Each has there own dedicated team leader to ensure each item is made to the highest standard.
Our production team(s) recognise quality sits along-side consistency, so we must be proud of every product that is manufactured by us.
Our hard working engineers also make up our installation team. Therefore you can rest assured that your pod is in good hands while being installed by the people who made it and not some third party contractor.
Sustainability
The Meeting Pod Company manufactures its own pods maintaining responsible manufacturing processes, conforming with EU regulations regarding employee working conditions and Health & Safety standards as well as complying with all regulatory requirements of UK and EU manufacturing legislation.
Our UK manufacture and distribution further avoids the transportation carbon footprint associated with purchasing from overseas manufacturers.
Products are only sourced from suppliers who have robust and active environmental policies in place and new suppliers are requested to confirm their compliance with international labour and ethical trade constraints.
