Location: Isle of Wight, UK
Project managed by: The Meeting Pod Company
Year: 2025
Highlights: Colour, Functionality, Collaborative

New Logo, New Office

In 2025, WRS entrusted us with a complete transformation of their Isle of Wight boardroom, seeking a space that reflected their modern rebrand and elevated professional image.
The brief called for a design that felt contemporary, cohesive, and adaptable. Blending sophistication with functionality to better support both their team and visiting clients.

Brand Identity

We centred the new layout around a generous boardroom desk, providing the additional space they required while creating a focal point for collaboration. The rebrand’s new logo and colour palette were subtly integrated throughout, from bespoke wall graphics, produced in partnership with another local creative studio, to carefully selected finishes and custom furnishings.

Smart Lighting

A key feature of the scheme was the installation of oak slatted wall panels, brought to life with recessed, remote-controlled LED lighting. This lighting could be adjusted to reflect WRS’s own brand colours or tailored to suit a visiting client’s identity, allowing the space to adapt effortlessly for different occasions.

Small Details. Big Impact.

To further enhance the environment, we designed and built bespoke furniture in-house, including a custom storage unit and presentation stand that seamlessly matched the room’s aesthetic. Custom planters introduced a fresh burst of greenery, softening the space and adding a vibrant pop of colour. Tala lighting was selected to infuse a warm, welcoming ambience, complementing the sleek finishes and layered textures.

End Result

The result is a workspace that feels both luxurious and practical. An inspiring setting that celebrates WRS’s brand while offering the flexibility and functionality needed for the way they work today.
