A leading multinational corporation in Dhahran wanted to enhance outdoor workspaces by creating private, comfortable areas for meetings, focused work, and collaboration. Their goal was to combine productivity with the benefits of being in a tranquil outdoor setting.

The first project in 2022 involved three fully enclosed, 4-person outdoor pods, designed to provide privacy, comfort, and functionality. Each pod was equipped with integrated power, air conditioning and acoustic features to ensure meetings and calls could take place without distraction. Following the success of the initial installation, the client commissioned a second project in 2024 featuring four fully enclosed, 4-person pods. 

For both projects, our team collaborated closely with the client to ensure the pods met all functional and aesthetic requirements. The pods were delivered and assembled on-site by the client’s team using our detailed installation guides, ensuring a precise fit within the outdoor space and minimal disruption to daily operations.

Employees now enjoy private, flexible workspaces across the outdoor campus, supporting collaboration, focus, and overall workplace satisfaction. The pods have become a valued feature of the campus, encouraging teams to take full advantage of outdoor working opportunities.
