N3i specialises in delivering high-quality, responsive IT support and digital services to the NHS and other healthcare providers. They approached us with a clear brief: to create a comfortable, flexible meeting area that included two dedicated director spaces, while maximising their available floor space. A key requirement was the ability to dismantle and relocate the installation if needed. 

The Solution 
We delivered one of our largest bespoke installations to date – a fully adaptable, multipurpose office environment. The meeting booth was constructed from three individual modules, carefully partitioned to create separate meeting spaces. These can also be opened into one large, collaborative area, giving N3i complete flexibility in how the space is used. 

Sliding doors were integrated into each module to provide privacy when required, ensuring every user has a quiet, enclosed space to work or meet. 

Design & Features 

Our frameless glass system was incorporated to achieve a clean, modern aesthetic while maintaining visibility and light throughout the space. For enhanced safety, a sprinkler system is incorporated within the roof panels of the meeting pods in the event of a fire. 

To reflect N3i’s brand identity, each media wall was finished in a different colour, creating clear visual distinction and making each meeting room easy to identify. Recessed LED lighting, controlled remotely, enhances the atmosphere and helps create a calm, comfortable working environment. 

The structure itself draws on the proven design of our existing pod range, featuring a durable powder-coated framework and solid wood handles, consistent with both our phone booths and meeting booths.

The Result 

N3i now benefits from a versatile workspace that supports both collaboration and focused work. The installation not only maximises the functionality of the space but also enhances the overall look and feel of the workplace. 

This project demonstrates how thoughtful, bespoke design can transform an office environment – delivering flexibility, privacy, and a better experience for employees.
